The K-Motion Baseball 3D biofeedback evaluation assesses the mechanics of your golf swing. K-Motion Baseball is a training technology that uses 4 sensors (pelvis, upper body, lead arm, and lead wrist) to analyze your swing and provide kinematic feedback to help trainability. The following are all aspects of the data that are included in the evaluation:
- Kinematic Sequence – Pelvis, Torso, Arm, Wrist is most efficient
- Time to Contact
- Pelvis & Torso Rotation – Heel Strike, First Move, and Contact
- Pelvis & Torso Bend
- X-Factor Stretch
- Peak Speeds – Pelvis, Torso, Arm, and Wrist
- Peak Speed Sequence – Pelvis to Torso, Torso to Lead Arm, etc.
- Pelvis & Torso Positioning – Heel Strike, First Move, and Contact positioning
Most importantly, a swing evaluation takes away the guessing. In other words, it allows coaches and players to not solely rely on their eye and feel. As a result, each swing generates a report providing you with how you performed, how you compare to your peers, and additionally, how you stack up with the pros!
Currently in professional baseball, 23 of the 30 Major League teams use K-Motion to assess their players. Therefore, if improving your performance in the box is a priority, then this evaluation is a must!
